You can manage individual projects from the 'Projects' tab on the left hand side of your company Dashboard. To begin a new project, select ‘Projects' from the Dashboard.
Once you are on the Projects page, you will see a list of your existing projects (if you have any). To start a new project, click ‘Add Project’ in the top right of the screen.
You can fill in all your project details. All project fields are customizable to your individual project and can include associated program, financials, specific milestones, tasks, notes, contacts and purchase orders.
Add New Project: Under this section, you can enter all of your key project details such as the project name, ID, status and recipient information.
Financials: Here, you can enter the financial details of the project including the work amount, credit amount and domestic content value. You can also enter an offset multiplier if the project is applicable for one.
Milestones: You can fill in key project milestones such as work start and end dates. You can add further project milestones by clicking 'Add another milestone'.
Tasks: You can keep track of outstanding tasks associated with your project. Once a task has been completed, you can click the 'Done' checkbox.
Economic Impact: You can track the estimated economic impacts to a region as a result of your work on the project.
Notes: Under the notes section, you can enter any notes that are relevant to your project. Some examples include: project description, the impact of the project on the recipient or further recipient expertise or information.
Contacts: You can enter contacts that are responsible for the project or key contacts within the recipient company.
Costs: You can enter your budget, forecast and actual costs associated with the project.
Requirements: Under the 'Requirements' section, you will be able to see the requirements associated with your program that this project meets.
From the 'Add Project' page, you can enter the project recipient and choose to share the project details with the recipient. Sharing the project with the recipient allows the recipient to edit certain areas of the project such as subcontractors, domestic content value, contract amount, capabilities or the impact that the project will have on the recipient's company. Having your recipient add their subcontractors to a project will help you estimate the total economic impact, regional breakdown and SME content of your program or bid.
Once you are finished adding all of your project details, click 'Save' at the top or bottom of the project screen.
