When creating a program in OMX, you can enter information regarding the specific requirements of the program and track your progress in relation to those requirements. For instance, if the program has a certain SME or geographic requirement as is common in large procurements with offsets or stakeholder commitments/obligations.
Requirements and geographic requirements are custom created by users when programs are being created. They can be expressed as a percentage of the obligation total or as a dollar value.
You can also indicate whether or not a requirement is contractual - this will allow for further filtering on the 'show all' screens for programs and projects.
There is no limit to the number of requirements that can be created under a program and each requirement will create its own pie chart on the 'View Program' page where you can see how far along you are in fulfilling those requirements.
Each chart will show the total target, how much has been identified and what is outstanding.
The 'identified' amount on the program page pulls directly from the 'Work Amount' sections on each project associated with the program. For more information on project work amounts, read this article.
