OMX has a robust set of program management tools for tracking and reporting on offset obligations, stakeholder commitments and compliance. You can access all of your existing programs as well as create new programs from the 'Programs' tab on the left hand side of your company Dashboard.
To create a new program, select 'Programs' from the Dashboard.
Once you are on the Programs page, you will see a list of your existing programs. To start a new program, click ‘Add Program’ in the top right of the screen.
You can fill in all of your program details including name, country, health, financials, milestones, tasks, notes, contacts and requirements. The fields that you choose to enter are customizable based on your specific program.
Add New Program: Under this section, you can enter all of your basic program details including title, country, client and status. You are able to easily collect supply chain data, by selecting 'Collect Supply Chain Data'. Once you have clicked this box, suppliers that you share projects with will be able to see your company name and the program name. By selecting 'Collect Supply Chain Data' you will be able to invite suppliers to suggest certain Project details once you have started a Project with them. Financials: Here you are able to enter your program's financial details such as contract amount, penalties, damages and currency.
Milestones: You can enter specific program milestones including a start and end date. You can enter multiple milestones depending on your project.
Tasks: You can keep track of outstanding tasks associated with your program. Once a task has been completed, you can click the 'Done' checkbox.
Notes: Under the notes section, you can enter any notes that are relevant to your program.
Contacts: You can enter contacts that are responsible for the program or key contacts for reporting on the program.
Costs: You can enter your budget, forecast and actual costs associated with the program.
Requirements: Under the 'Requirements' section, you are able to enter contractual requirements as well as internal requirements. You can specify your contractual requirements by clicking the 'Contractual' box on the right side of the 'Requirements' fields.
When you are finished entering all of your information, click 'Save' at the top or bottom of the page.
