Under each project in OMX, there are various project management features for your organization to track in relation to the project.
Tasks: Tasks are an internal tool which allow you to track your "To Do" list in relation to the completion of the project. They are only visible internally and to those users that have permission to view the project.
Notes: Unlike on programs, where notes can only be viewed internally - on projects you have the ability to share notes with recipients (if you have shared the project with the recipient). To share a note with the recipient, you must set the note to 'External'. All notes will default to be 'Internal' notes and internal notes are only visible to the users on your account with permissions to view the project.
For more information on sharing projects with recipients and letting them help you fill in certain details of your project, read our article on Sharing Projects with Recipients.
Contacts: The contacts area allows you to add in associated contacts with the project. Here you can mark contacts as internal or external. If you have given the recipient the ability to view the project, they will be able to see internal and external contacts.
Setting a contact as internal will associate the contact with your organization's details on the project view page. Setting a contact as external will associate the contact with the recipient's details on the project view page.
